Additional Supplies:
Cardstock: Beige or camel 12” x 12” cardstock with leather look or
indeterminate pattern
Vellum: One sheet of white or cream vellum
Decorative Paper in a pale peach or light orange shade
Small pieces of decorative paper (can use scraps) in beige
Metallic charms (Making Memories, ArtGirlz, etc) with engagement
and wedding motifs
Soft colored pencils
Sponge makeup applicators
Glue Dots
Double Faced Tape
Glue Stick
Grosgrain ribbon in a peachy ombre shade
Tacky Glue
Instructions:
- Adhere heart border stamp from the “Fun Loving” set to the acrylic
block. Ink with Cherry Red Memories ink pad and stamp heart border across
the top and down the left side of the beige scrapbook paper.
- Using black Memories ink pad, stamp “Always and Forever” on vellum.
Place “head over heels” sentiment inside the heart rectangular border, and
stamp also in black. Color in the hearts with pink and dark rose colored
pencil. Use a paper cutter to trim into rectangles. Note that the “head over
heels” piece of vellum must be big enough for photo.
- On scrap beige or camel paper, stamp “forever” and “yours.” Then, free
hand tear each word into a heart shape. Set all small elements aside.
- On the peach paper, dab the VersaMagic pad randomly across the paper.
Use sponge makeup applicator to blend and soften the color.
- On the acrylic block, place single hearts and flowers motifs from the
two stamp sets into a random pattern. Ink with Memories Cherry Red Ink and
stamp all over the peach paper, being certain to stamp off the edges.
- Layer peach paper over the scrapbook page and adhere with either glue
stick or double faced tape.
- Attach engagement picture with double faced tape to the vellum piece
stamped with “head over heels.”
- Adhere “always and forever” to a small scrap of beige paper, and then
adhere over the edge of the picture.
- Use glue dots to adhere the two torn hearts onto the page.
- Tie small bows with the grosgrain ribbon and glue onto each heart with
strong tacky glue.
- Use strong Tacky Glue to adhere your metallic charms under the picture
and at the top left of the page.
