Additional Supplies:
   12x12 Scrapbook Birthday Page
   Neon Pink Cardstock
   Neon Yellow Cardstock
   Fiskars Deckle Scissors
   Stickles Icicle Glitter Glue
   Neon Green Embossing powder
   Brads from American Tag
   1/8” ribbon or trim for Balloon strings
   Adhesive
   McGill paper punches – 15/16” and 1¼” Deckle Stacking Squares
   Heat tool


Instructions:

1. Print your picture to measure 5x7
    
2. Cut a layer of Neon Yellow cardstock to measure ¼” border around all four sides of
   Photo.
    
3. Cut another layer ¼” larger using the deckle scissors and the Neon Pink cardstock.
    
4. Use your favorite adhesive to attach these layers together and then to your layout page.
    
5. Punch 8 squares of Neon Yellow using the 15/16” punch.
    
6. Punch 8 squares of Neon Pink using the 1 ¼” punch
    
7. Wet your stamp with the embossing pad and emboss with Neon green powder.
    
8. Attach with adhesive, add your brad in the flower and place under the photo
    
9. Emboss Party stamp on Neon yellow paper and cut with deckle scissors.
    
10. Measure the neon pink paper ¼” larger and cut with the deckle scissors, attach with adhesive.
    Add a brad in each corner. Set aside.
     
11. Follow the design on the paper and highlight with Stickles glue.
     
12. Cut three pieces of 1/8” trim to measure 4” long, glue to the base of each balloon and adhere
    Party over the strings.
